We aim to provide high-quality goods that arrive with you fault free, undamaged and ready to use, however, it might be that goods have to be returned and this is the policy for returning goods. Please note that individual items over fifty dollars in value cannot be returned. 

 

We operate a 10-day return policy for all products ordered from newchicweb.com. Please note that returned goods bought from our website will be inspected when returned. It should be undamaged, unused, and unworn. It/they should be returned in its/their original packaging, freight prepaid by you, before a refund can be issued. 

 

To cancel your order you must email us at support@newchicweb.com either before your order is despatched or within 10 days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number.
