The time from order to delivery of your product is an estimate based on a number of factors. This is made up of the time taken in processing the order, plus the time taken in the actual transport of the product from factory to the destination address. Both these times are are estimates and are quoted in 'Business Days'. This essential shipping information is stated on the right-hand side of the product page with the enlarged product image. It is shown here below, highlighted in red.
